Called in the morning Got me in Same Day (I called early). I thought I had U joints going bad or a bad wheel barring nope loose tire they checks my U joints checked all over the truck drove it around and made sure nothing else was going on that they could see from their initial inspection they did note that I had a CV axle that would need attention soon and to be on the look out for clicking or whining but they took the drive shaft out checked everything and put it all back together tightened the lug nuts up had to steal a couple from the other tires because these were worn out but it will all hold till I replace the lug nuts. Called a shop for a good but used rim for me out of berea 85 bucks cheaper than a brand new one. Lugnuts and rim for 85$ is a damn good deal. Let’s put it this way I walked in a bit worried Idd be taken advantage of walked out feeling confident that I could stop my truck off and whatever needs to be done will be done. Best part of this was that even after all that, they didn’t charge me,.. no diagnostic fee no labor they just put it back righted it up made it safe to drive said hey this needs to be fixed soon and you’ll want to get a new wheel soon. They shook my hand said thank you for coming in please tell people to come see us we do good work. I said I can do that. So please go see Sam and the guys down there off broadway and their Winchester road location I have no doubt will also be just as good. Phenomenal experience of I could give more that 5 stars I would. Great down to earth people.
